God's Earth Afternoon

I have to confess that I had an absolutely lovely day yesterday - the Year 6 Leavers Service in the morning, followed by the God's Earth afternoon with upper school. This was a special afternoon organised by the Steward's of God's Earth, focussed on making us all appreciate the beauty of God's Earth and think about what we can do to look after it. The children spent time gardening, completing a minibeasts hunt, finding things for an outdoor scavenger hunt and creating posters encouraging everyone to look after God's Earth. I am sure Lower School will enjoy their afternoon on Wednesday as much as Upper School did yesterday!
