Residential - home soon!

And we have left! Google maps ETA is quarter to 3 - I’m expecting that to probably extend to 3pm - but currently showing as quarter to 3.
The plan is for parents to wait in the hall. When we arrive we will bring the children into you. Then we ask that you wait until one of us has said we have nothing to tell you or to give you e.g. meds, empty cake boxes, left over spending money. Then you can pick up your child’s suitcase on the way out of school.
Mrs Bartlett is happy for younger siblings to leave a little bit early with you, to save you waiting till the usual pick up time.
There are 4 things I can promise:
1. All children have had a fantastic 4 days.
2. All children are as exhausted as I’ve ever seen them…
3. There will be soggy clothing. Everywhere.
4. When I ‘supported’ packing this morning, I found a total of 5 pairs of stray pants and 7 socks. The underwear you receive, may not all belong to your child. We are sorry about this!
