School uniform

Please can I ask for your help. We have a small number of children who have started wearing trainers, necklaces, bracelets, hoodies and other items that are not school uniform. This is not unusual at the end of a term, but I have reminded the children about the importance of coming to school in smart school uniform and would really appreciate your help and support with this.

I am aware of the irony of this request as you will have noticed that I am currently wearing trainers! Unfortunately I am suffering with plantar fasciitis and am currently in too much pain to wear normal shoes. Like me, it is obviously OK for the children not to be in correct uniform if there is a reason for it, but if this is the case, please make sure that you have let us know about it.
