Today's yoga session focused on our inner sloth.
We talked about slowing our pace down and being slothful. We practised various poses including downward sloth, lotus sloth and dangling upside down in baby headstand or full headstand sloth!
We also played an interactive game of sloth tag, which involved moving slowly until the eagle comes and then moving into lazy sloth poses when caught.️
What a lovely way to start the week!
