Mrs Rennison and I have spent a bit of time enjoying the nature area this afternoon - it really is looking lovely in there at the moment.
We thought you might like to see some photos - of the daffodils, snow drops and crocuses, the pond and our new bird boxes!
Thank you to Mr Doyle and Mrs Hopkinson for putting the bird boxes up. These were given to the school by the Year 6 children who left us last year and are now up, ready to provide a home to nesting birds over the spring. Fingers crossed we get some visitors, especially in the one with a web camera in it!
The pond has also had a good clear out (thanks to Mrs Rowe, one of our co-chairs of Governors) and is ready for pond dipping!
We can't wait to have all children and find ways for them to enjoy the nature area!
