The most glorious morning on our farm visit. The children got to stroke cows, sheep, chickens, a pony and some baby rooks. They rode on the tractor, jumped on the trailer and found some eggs. They also got to feed a lamb, the piglets and watch the rooks being fed and learning to fly. Guaranteed however, their favourite bit will be the cake! The children were delightful and many told us it was the ‘best day ever’!
