Zoo zoo zoo!

And it's nearly the weekend!

 

I expect most of you already know, but zoos and wildlife parks are now going to be opening from Monday 15th June. As you all know, I am animal obsessed and therefore am thrilled that the news of them opening means that they may get through this difficult time funding wise. I know that some of you are finding it harder this week to stay focussed and that Mrs Bartlett and I sent out an email regarding putting emotional wellbeing over learning if needed... I think a trip to the zoo covers science, PE, maths (how many flamingos can you see?!) english (what adjectives describe the sloth?!) as well as ecology, environmental studies, and so many other things as well... so to me, a trip to the zoo counts as learning - what do you think?
