Good news for the choir for next term!
We have been made aware by the diocese of an opportunity to sing during the Winchester Cathedral's Christmas Market! This runs from 19th November to 22nd December, and choirs will be given a 30 minute slot to fill with both festive and non-festive music. So far we have had to fill in an expression of interest form, so there are no guarantees that we will be given a slot - but I am going to keep everything crossed that we do!
I'll let you know more when I know, and I'm not really expecting to know this side of the summer holidays... but how exciting!
